In a dark night in Iraq, an American journalist sends a warning to the CIA before being killed by guards of Abu Usman, the leader of a terrorist organization that targets American journalists. After being shot in a rally, Usman takes Indian and Pakistani nurses hostage in a city hospital. The U.S. plans an airstrike to eliminate him, giving the Indian Embassy just seven days to rescue the nurses. Indian intelligence chief Shenoy believes only Tiger, a skilled operative, can succeed in this mission.
